Participants could receive entries by publicly following Wrenched Syndicate on our participating social platforms.

Following Wrenched Syndicate on Facebook counted as 1 entry. Following/subscribing on YouTube counted as 1 entry. Participants connected with Wrenched Syndicate on both participating platforms received 2 total entries.

For the YouTube/Facebook portion of the giveaway, the participant's subscription needed to be publicly visible. This was necessary because Wrenched Syndicate needed to be able to verify the participant's subscription and add the eligible name to the giveaway wheel.

If a YouTube or Facebook subscription was set to private and therefore could not be verified, Wrenched Syndicate could not add that participant to the wheel. This requirement was explained in the original giveaway announcement.

No purchase was required to participate in this giveaway. Following or subscribing to Wrenched Syndicate on the participating platforms was free.

Purchasing merchandise from the Wrenched Syndicate merchandise store was not required to receive an entry.

The total number of eligible entries will not be known until the giveaway entry period closes and the final entry list is prepared for the draw. Each eligible entry represents one chance to be selected.

Participants may receive 1 entry for following/subscribing on one participating platform or 2 entries for following/subscribing on both participating platforms.

Only eligible and verifiable entries will be included in the final draw.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using the Wrenched Syndicate spinning wheel.

Example: If there are 1,000 eligible entries, a participant with 1 entry has a 1 in 1,000 chance of being selected, while a participant with 2 entries has a 2 in 1,000 chance, or approximately 1 in 500.

If there are 2,000 eligible entries, the equivalent odds are 1 in 2,000 and approximately 1 in 1,000. Actual odds are determined by the final number of eligible entries at the time of the draw.

The winner was selected using the Wrenched Syndicate random spinning wheel. Eligible names were entered into the wheel and the wheel was spun to randomly select the winner.

The selection was recorded and/or incorporated into Wrenched Syndicate content so that the community could see the winner-selection process.

The selected winner was then publicly announced through Wrenched Syndicate's social media and YouTube content.

The prize being awarded is the Wrenched Syndicate merchandise package identified and shown in the giveaway announcement.

The prize is a merchandise prize and is not exchangeable for cash. The winner may choose to accept the merchandise prize or decline it. The prize cannot be returned in exchange for cash or store credit and cannot be exchanged for a different cash value.

Wrenched Syndicate will cover the initial reasonable shipping cost required to send the prize to the winner.

Shipping costs are not considered part of the value of the merchandise prize. The winner is responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country, government, customs authority, courier, or other applicable authority, including duties, tariffs, taxes, import charges, or other delivery-related charges.

The winner must provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize, including the required delivery address and requested merchandise size where applicable.

Wrenched Syndicate does not deliver giveaway prizes to PO Boxes. The winner is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Wrenched Syndicate will make reasonable efforts to assist the winner if a package is lost or stolen during delivery.

Once a package has been delivered by the applicable courier, responsibility for the package may depend on the circumstances and the courier's delivery terms.

If a winner specifically instructs a courier to leave a package unattended and the package is subsequently stolen, Wrenched Syndicate cannot guarantee replacement of the prize. Any decision to replace or reship a lost or stolen prize will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The selected winner will have 30 days from the date the winner is publicly announced to contact Wrenched Syndicate and make arrangements to claim the prize.

The winner must provide all information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment, including the applicable merchandise size and a valid delivery address.

The social media account or other account used to enter the giveaway must be a genuine, active and reasonably accessible account belonging to the person who entered the giveaway.

A selected winner may be deemed ineligible and the prize may be forfeited if:

1. The account appears to be fake, fraudulent, impersonating another person or created primarily for the purpose of entering giveaways.
2. The account is identified as a bot, automated account or otherwise appears to be operated through automated means.
3. The account has been deleted, suspended, disabled or otherwise cannot be reasonably accessed.
4. Wrenched Syndicate has no reasonable means of contacting the selected winner through the account or other contact information provided.
5. The selected winner cannot reasonably demonstrate that they are the person who entered the giveaway.
6. The selected winner fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility, or otherwise fails to comply with the eligibility requirements or official rules.

If the selected winner cannot be verified or does not contact Wrenched Syndicate and make arrangements to claim the prize within the 30-day claim period, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and the selected winner will have no further claim to the prize.

Any forfeited prize will be returned to the Wrenched Syndicate giveaway prize pool and may be awarded or used in connection with a future giveaway at the sole discretion of Wrenched Syndicate.

If the selected winner does not claim the prize within the 30-day period, the merchandise will be carried forward into the Wrenched Syndicate giveaway prize pool.

A future giveaway may therefore contain merchandise originally allocated to this giveaway. Any future giveaway will be subject to the rules published for that future giveaway.

The winner has been publicly announced through Wrenched Syndicate's social media channels and YouTube content.

Because Wrenched Syndicate may not be able to privately contact every participant, participants are encouraged to monitor the Wrenched Syndicate social channels and YouTube channel for winner announcements.

The giveaway was created as a way for Wrenched Syndicate to give back to the community.

The giveaway does not require a purchase.

The merchandise available through the Wrenched Syndicate Merch Store is separate from the giveaway and is available for purchase by anyone who wishes to support the channel.

Merchandise purchases do not provide additional giveaway entries unless specifically stated in the rules for a future giveaway.

Wrenched Syndicate reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel a giveaway only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond Wrenched Syndicate's reasonable control, technical problems, suspected fraud or abuse, security issues, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances that could affect the proper or fair administration of the giveaway.

Where reasonably possible, Wrenched Syndicate will provide notice of any material change, suspension, or cancellation through the official Wrenched Syndicate social media channels and/or the giveaway information page.

Wrenched Syndicate will not use this provision simply to cancel a giveaway because participation levels are lower or higher than expected.

Any cancellation, suspension, or modification will be handled in a manner intended to preserve the fairness of the giveaway and the rights of eligible participants to the extent reasonably possible.
